This October event is a celebration of the Fall Season and is staged in our downtown area around the Baylor County Courthouse and esplanades. Streets are blocked off and fun takes priority over traffic. The Lone Star Barbecue Society is in town in force to hold a sanctioned cook-off as does Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) with their chili cook-off.

The streets are filled with vendors offering Arts & Crafts, novelties, foods of all descriptions, games, displays, and so much more. All are surrounded by the delicious aroma of barbecue and chili from the cook-offs.

February: Chamber Banquet

April: Baylor County Ag Appreciation Day

May: Fish Day

June: Festival in the Park

July: Old Settler’s Reunion and Rodeo

December: Lighted Christmas Parade

December: Mistletoe Market
